Creator Payout Terms

Agreement

If you upload content for sale, enable pay-per-view, accept tips, or otherwise earn money through KreAtfy, you are a “Creator” for purposes of these terms. KreAtfy provides platform tools, hosting, discovery, and payment facilitation; you remain responsible for your content, pricing accuracy, and legal compliance.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts and receive payments in your jurisdiction.
• You must complete any identity, tax, or payout verification we or our payment partners require.
• Your account must remain in good standing under the Terms and Community Guidelines.
• We may refuse, limit, or revoke monetization for risk, fraud, policy, or legal reasons.

Earnings Sources

Depending on features enabled on the platform, Creators may earn from:

• Pay-per-view or paid video access
• Bundles or multi-item packages
• Tips or similar voluntary payments (if offered)
• Other monetization features we introduce and disclose in-product

Earnings are calculated only on successfully settled transactions, not on pending, failed, reversed, or fraudulent payments.

Fees & Revenue Share

Balances

• Pending: Funds from recent sales may remain pending until the payment clears risk checks and processor settlement.
• Available: Funds eligible for payout under our schedule and minimums.
• Reserved / held: Funds temporarily unavailable due to disputes, fraud review, policy investigation, or reserve requirements.

Dashboard balances are informational; final amounts depend on settlement data from payment partners.

Payouts

Holds & Adjustments

We may delay, hold, offset, or reverse earnings when:

• A refund or chargeback is filed or likely
• Fraud, money laundering, or Terms violations are suspected
• Content is removed for legal or policy reasons tied to the sale
• Payment partners require reserves or extended settlement
• You owe amounts to KreAtfy (fees, clawbacks, errors)

We may deduct overpayments or erroneous credits from future earnings.

Chargebacks & Refunds

If a viewer receives a refund or wins a chargeback on a sale of your content, related net earnings may be reversed from your balance. Excessive refund or chargeback rates may lead to monetization limits or account action. Cooperate with reasonable requests for information during disputes.

Taxes

• You are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on your earnings.
• We may collect tax forms or information (for example W-9 / W-8 or local equivalents) and may withhold amounts required by law.
• We may issue tax reports or information returns where legally required.
• KreAtfy is not your employer; nothing in these terms creates employment, partnership, or joint venture.

Content & Compliance

Monetized content must comply with the Terms, Community Guidelines, and all applicable laws. You must have rights to sell access to the content and must not mislead buyers about price, length, or nature of the content. We may delist or demonetize content that violates policy without owing unpaid speculative earnings on invalid sales.

Termination of Monetization

You may stop selling content at any time. We may suspend monetization or your account as described in the Terms. After termination, valid available balances may still be paid out subject to holds, investigations, minimums, and legal restrictions. We may retain records as required for accounting, tax, and fraud prevention.
