Purchase & Refund Policy

2.1 License, not ownership

Unless we expressly state otherwise, a purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream (and, if offered, temporarily download for offline viewing within the app) the selected content. You do not own the video file, master, or any intellectual property in the content.

2.2 What is included

Your purchase covers only what is described on the content page and at checkout (for example: a single video, a bundle, or a defined access package). Trailers, free previews, and promotional clips are not paid products unless marked as such.

2.3 What is not included

• Resale, sharing accounts, or redistributing content
• Public performance rights outside personal viewing on KreAtfy
• Guaranteed download of source files or raw masters
• Ongoing free access to future videos from the same creator (unless the product says so)

3.1 When access starts

Access typically begins after payment is confirmed by our payment processor. Until confirmation, content may remain locked.

3.2 Access period

Access duration is shown at purchase when limited (for example: lifetime on-platform access while the content remains available, or a fixed number of days). If no period is shown, access continues while (a) your account remains in good standing, (b) the content remains published on KreAtfy, and (c) this policy and our Terms allow it.

3.3 Re-watching

Unless limited by the product description, you may re-watch purchased content during the valid access period through your KreAtfy account on supported devices.

3.4 Device & account limits

Access is tied to your account. Sharing login credentials, selling access, or circumventing payment or DRM may result in suspension without refund.

3.5 Technical requirements

Playback requires a compatible device, supported browser or app, and adequate internet connection. We are not responsible for issues caused by your network, device, or third-party software.

4.1 Prices

Prices are set by creators within platform rules and displayed before you pay. Currency, taxes, and any platform or processing fees shown at checkout form part of the total due.

4.2 Payment methods

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Your use of a payment method is also subject to that provider’s terms.

4.3 Errors

We may cancel or correct a purchase if there is an obvious pricing or technical error, a suspected fraud risk, or a violation of our Terms. If we cancel after you paid, we will refund the amount charged for that purchase where required or appropriate.

5.1 General rule — digital goods

Because PPV and similar products are digital and access is often delivered immediately, purchases are final once access has been granted, except where required by law or as stated below.

5.2 When we may refund

We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion or when required by law, for example if:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a platform error
• Paid content never became playable after a reasonable time and we cannot restore access
• We cancel the transaction before access is delivered
• A mandatory consumer-law cooling-off or refund right applies in your country and you have not lost that right by requesting immediate access

5.3 When refunds are usually denied

• Change of mind after watching or unlocking content
• Dislike of creative style, length, or quality (unless the listing was materially false)
• Account sharing, device limits, or local network problems
• Purchase made by someone using your account with your permission
• Violation of Terms that leads to account action

5.4 How to request a refund

Email legal@kreatfy.com or use in-app support within a reasonable time after purchase. Include account email, approximate purchase time, content title or ID, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within a reasonable period.
