Community Guidelines

Purpose

KreAtfy is a platform for creators to share and monetize video and for viewers to discover and purchase access. These Community Guidelines explain everyday rules in plain language. They work together with the Terms; if something is banned in the Terms, it is banned here too.

Respect & Safety

Do not:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate others
• Post hate speech targeting people based on protected characteristics
• Promote or glorify violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Dox (share private personal information) without consent
• Impersonate another person, creator, or KreAtfy staff

Illegal & Harmful Content

Strictly prohibited:

• Any sexual content involving minors (anyone under 18), including fictional or AI-generated depictions
• Child sexual exploitation material of any kind
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content that facilitates trafficking, exploitation, or severe criminal activity
• Illegal drug sales, fraud schemes, or instructions primarily designed to commit crimes
• Malware, phishing, or content designed to compromise accounts or devices

We will remove such content, may terminate accounts, and may report to authorities when required or appropriate.

Intellectual Property

• Only upload content you own or have rights to monetize and distribute
• Do not use others’ music, video, logos, or clips without permission or a valid license
• Respect DMCA and similar takedown processes described in our Terms
• Do not re-upload another creator’s paid content to bypass purchase

Spam, Scams & Manipulation

• No mass unsolicited promotion, comment spam, or deceptive links
• No fake engagement (bought views, bots, artificial likes)
• No scams, pyramid schemes, or misleading “get rich” funnels
• No phishing for passwords, payment details, or recovery codes
• No multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate rankings

Monetization Honesty

If you sell access:

• Describe paid content accurately (topic, length expectations, what buyers get)
• Do not bait-and-switch free trailers into unrelated paid material without clear labeling
• Do not price-gouge via deliberate checkout errors or hidden mandatory extras not shown upfront
• Honor valid access for settled purchases under the Purchase & Refund Policy
• Follow Creator Payout Terms for earnings and disputes

Mature & Sensitive Content

Where mature themes are allowed under law and platform rules:

• Label content appropriately so viewers can make informed choices
• Never involve minors or anyone who cannot consent
• Follow any regional restrictions and age-gating features we provide
• We may restrict distribution, monetization, or visibility of sensitive categories

If a category is disallowed by KreAtfy policy updates, remove or unpublish it promptly when notified.

Comments, Messages & Social Features

• Keep comments and messages free of abuse, spam, and illegal solicitations
• Do not use messaging to harass creators or pressure refunds through threats
• Report serious issues instead of retaliating
• Public profiles and comments may be visible to others — post carefully

Platform Security & Fair Use

• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the service
• Do not bypass paywalls, DRM, or access controls
• Do not record and redistribute paid streams or downloads without rights
• Keep your account credentials private

Enforcement

Actions we may take, depending on severity and history:

• Warning or content removal
• Age-gate, geo-limit, or demonetization
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent ban and forfeiture of privileges
• Referral to law enforcement when appropriate

We may use human review and automated systems. Enforcement decisions aim to protect users and the platform; repeated or severe violations reduce chances of reinstatement.

Reporting

If you see content or behavior that breaks these guidelines:

• Use in-app report tools where available
• Or email legal@kreatfy.com with links, usernames, and a short description

False or abusive reporting may itself lead to action against your account.
